Terms and Conditions for Nova Function Band Booking

  1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit is required on the day the booking is confirmed to secure the date. The booking will not be considered secure until the deposit has been received.

  2. Final Payment
    The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking, without refund of the deposit.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    • Cancellations made more than two (2) months prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.

    • Cancellations made within two (2) months of the event date will incur the full agreed fee.

    • In the event that the client reschedules the booking to a new date within two (2) months of the original event date, the full original fee will remain payable, in addition to the full fee applicable to the new date.

    • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter and will be confirmed by Nova Function Band upon receipt.

  4. Force Majeure
    Nova Function Band will not be held liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the booking or provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

  5. General Terms

    • By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.

    • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue meets performance requirements, including stage space, electricity supply, and any licensing or noise restriction compliance.

    • Any additional requests or variations to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
